As an Engagement Consultant at Lidl, you’ll give support to line managers to deliver a positive working experience for all our staff. Being a natural people-person, you’ll be able to confidently talk to anyone and everyone. From conducting HR KPI analysis for your region to identify areas for improvement to encouraging staff to share concerns and make sure we’re listening; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to make sure our employees have a voice and help shape our working culture.

What you'll do
Actively collaborate with HR departments including L&D and recruitment to ensure fair and supportive processes for all employees
Create a business partner relationship with line managers, to support with advice and guidance on HR policy and procedures
Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to measure employee satisfaction and support the leadership team to make sustainable changes where needed
Ensure the overall employee experience at the heart of everything you do by advocating employee wellbeing and satisfaction
Independently compiling monthly and quarterly reports to Head Office
What you'll need
HR experience in Employee Relations including business partnering and facilitation (no legal experience required)
CIPD Level 5 preferred but not compulsory
Exceptional communication skills, able to connect with and influence people at every level within the company
A full UK driving license
Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise a changing workload with an objective, impartial approach
Adaptable and proactive with a confident, solutions focused attitude
