We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Operations Co-ordinator for an exciting new role supporting our global People Shared Services team in a fast-paced environment, based out of our office in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you have initiative, drive, and a strong desire to continuously improve processes and are accustomed to multitasking with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment, this role may be for you.
You'll ensure exceptional service, collaborate across all levels, and reflect our values. You'll also manage international assignees, handle relocation, immigration, and visa requirements, as well as contract creation, Right to Work audits, letter production, and data management. Interested?

A bit about you:
As a key member of the global People Shared Services team, you will provide essential support to your colleagues whenever needed. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of employee records and data and contributing to the delivery of an efficient People service to the business. In this role, you will be the second line point of contact, working closely with our third-party managed service to achieve seamless collaboration.
• Act as the point of contact for employees, managers, and Tier-1 People Business Partners for support in People processes, transactions, and system support, taking full ownership of all assigned requests and guiding colleagues to the appropriate resources.
• Act as a subject matter expert on core elements of our annual People processes and related tools/systems.
• Troubleshoot data and tool issues and perform special projects and data audits as needed.
• Ensure efficient service delivery by completing inquiries within our service level agreement based on priority and complexity.
• Make informed decisions on requests when details are insufficient, guided by policy, processes, and procedures.
• Protect data privacy and adhere to confidentiality requirements to prevent compliance breaches.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, as well as maintaining and updating Knowledge Base content on policies and procedures etc
• Manage international relocations and provide ongoing support for international assignees.
• Handle immigration cases related to the People function.

You have:
• Initiative and drive with a strong desire to continuously improve processes and meet objectives/service levels.
• Experience in multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment, completing tasks with speed and accuracy with the ability to make quick decisions impacting customer service levels.
• Proficiency in managing documents on SharePoint and other people-related systems.
• Background in People administration with knowledge of HR reporting, archiving, and employee file management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and respond to customer queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools and experience with ERP systems (Ceridian/Dayforce) is desirable.
• Fluent in English.

  Location/Travel…
The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required e.g. to the UK to participate in face to face meetings with our People Shared Service Teams and stakeholders.
