The Packaging Production Coordinator plays an important role within the Creative team, supporting the development and delivery of Selfridges branded and own-label packaging across multiple categories and customer touchpoints.

Working closely with the Senior Design Manager, Graphic Design team, Buying, Merchandising and external suppliers, this role is responsible for coordinating the packaging production process from concept through to delivery. Combining strong organisation, attention to detail and packaging production knowledge, the Packaging Production Coordinator will help ensure all packaging is delivered to a high standard, aligned to brand guidelines, technical requirements, business objectives and customer experience expectations.

This role supports the creation of packaging that is both creatively impactful and operationally effective — helping bring the Selfridges brand to life through considered, high-quality and sustainable packaging solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of packaging production processes, with specific knowledge of food and retail packaging standards, ensuring all packaging is compliant, fit for purpose and aligned to the quality expectations of Selfridges Selection.

The Packaging Production Coordinator will also contribute to the ongoing development of efficient ways of working across the Creative function — supporting communication, process management and collaboration across teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, accurately and on time.
