We are looking for an Oyster Technician to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Service Centre and be a key player in shaping its success.

About the Role

As an Oyster Technician, you will be working as part of a team to deliver all servicing to Rolex specification on quality, lead time and cost. You’ll draw on previous experience to provide accurate and detailed estimates of timepieces and support the flow of timepieces within the workshop as they start and end their service journey.

You will also:

  • Diagnose all timepieces entering the workshop and provide accurate estimate creation.
  • Upload all estimates into the required files and software within 24 hours of receipt.
  • De-case all watches brought in for servicing.
  • Ensure all paperwork is appropriately filled out, attaching and required testing documentation.
  • Complete Rolex ‘Quick Service’
  • Provide training to new starters within the wider department.
  • Provide administrative support to the workshop team.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

You will have a minimum of Rolex Level 20 Accreditation and experience working within a Workshop environment. You will be self-motivated, well-organised and collaborative to work with the wider team using excellent communication skills. To be successful in the role, you will also have basic mechanical watch movement knowledge and a deep understanding of customer expectations.
