An established fashion retailer is looking for a hands on and experienced operations manager to take ownership of their stockroom and warehouse operations in their Camberley store. This is a key role for someone who understands the rhythm of retail, thrives in a fast moving environment and knows how to build the processes and disciplines that keep stock flowing efficiently from goods in through to the shop floor.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stockroom and warehouse operations, ensuring stock is received, stored, managed and replenished accurately and on time. You will develop and maintain operational processes that drive efficiency, reduce stock loss and support the wider retail team in delivering a great customer experience. From managing stock intake and conducting regular audits to maintaining health and safety standards in the warehouse environment, you will set the standard for how the operation runs day to day.
You will bring proven experience in a retail operations role, with a strong track record of managing stock processes and leading operational teams. Excellent organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to drive change and improve ways of working are all essential.
The role is paying up to £40,000. There is a bonus and benefits package that includes various discounts, healthcare and life assurance.
