We're looking for an Associate Consultant on a 15-month fixed term contract to join our busy and dynamic HR Systems team at our Lidl GB Head Office. As an HRIS professional you'll have the technical know-how and the collaboration skills to support a variety of systems and related processes. Please be aware, should this fixed term contract have the potential to go permanent, the colleague on the fixed term contract will have first-refusal of the role (provided measures have been met).

What you'll do

  • Be the expert liaising with relevant national and international teams for various systems (Adobe Sign, ePayslip)
  • Support with the management & usage of other HR information systems (including Centric, ServiceNow & SuccessFactors modules) as necessary
  • Support the resolution of reported issues by reviewing and assigning tickets
  • Ensure business compliance by supporting the wider team with updates to ARIS, LOS, and VVZ
  • Plan, negotiate and implement system enhancements based on end user feedback and business strategy
  • Lead and deliver continuous technical improvement projects
  • Coordinate ongoing training needs analysis & programs for all end users
  • Develop strong working partnerships with relevant stakeholders

  • Experience configuring or using HR Information Systems
  • Adept at learning new HR information systems
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently
  • Customer focused collaborative approach
  • Strong organisational and collaboration skills
  • Pro-active and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Confident and adaptive communication style
