About the role

We’re delighted to share a pivotal 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join F&F as Head of Online & Performance Marketing. This is a strategically significant leadership role at the centre of our digital growth ambition, offering the opportunity to define and deliver a best-in-class online strategy that drives sustained commercial performance across sales, customer acquisition, and engagement.

This role leads Online and Performance Marketing for F&F, setting and delivering a digital channel strategy aligned to ambitious commercial and customer outcomes. Reporting to the Online Director, the role operates in close partnership with the Head of Brand & Marketing to ensure F&F’s brand priorities are translated into compelling, high-performing online execution.

You will own the end-to-end digital marketing agenda—spanning campaign strategy, e-commerce production, paid media, and marketing effectiveness—ensuring a best-in-class, performance-led online customer experience. As the function continues to evolve, you will also take strategic accountability for building and maturing the team’s SEO and CRM capabilities.

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 45% of base salary.

You will be responsible for
  • Own and evolve the digital and online channel strategy for F&F, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and delivering measurable commercial results
  • Lead e-commerce production, ensuring the online customer journey is executed to a high standard, on time, and in line with trading and seasonal priorities
  • Drive performance and optimisation across key channels, including paid social, paid search, affiliates, and broader performance marketing
  • Translate brand and trading priorities into effective, insight-led online campaigns in close collaboration with the Head of Brand & Marketing
  • Manage the Online & Performance Marketing budget, optimising channel investment to maximise return and improve efficiency
  • Develop and strengthen CRM and SEO capabilities within the team as part of the function’s ongoing growth
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across F&F and Tesco, including Brand & Marketing, Trading, Technology, and the wider H&C Online team, to ensure aligned delivery and shared accountability
You will need
  • Significant experience in digital and performance marketing within fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record of delivering sales, acquisition, and engagement through digital channels
  • Experience managing substantial budgets and delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong expertise in e-commerce, analytics, and marketing effectiveness
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to connect marketing activity to broader business performance within matrix organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence using digital tools and data to drive decisions
