This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same. You’ll be leading from the front, supporting a large team, driving service standards and helping create an atmosphere guests want to come back to again and again.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading and motivating teams across busy service periods
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences from start to finish
• Keeping operations running smoothly across multiple areas
• Managing customer queries and problem-solving on the go
• Supporting staffing, shift organisation and team development
• Maintaining high standards across service, safety and presentation
• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to keep the energy flowing
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience as an assistant manager, deputy manager, duty manager or similar within hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Experience in high-volume food & beverage environments
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and loves a challenge
• Passion for hospitality, people and creating memorable experiences
