As a Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food experiences within a Defence environment. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in producing great food, maintaining excellent standards, and supporting a busy, fast-paced operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and cook high-quality food that meets client and customer expectations
• Support the delivery and development of menus and food concepts
• Identify opportunities to improve food quality and service delivery
• Listen and respond to customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organisation
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
• Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
• Represent the brand positively within a Defence environment

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Are passionate about food quality and customer experience
• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent (or relevant experience)
• Have experience working as a Chef in a similar environment
• Have experience supervising or supporting team members
• Hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate
• Are flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, operational setting
