We have an exciting opportunity for a Monroe Market Assistant Manager at the Spokane International Airport (GEG). If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Manage All Retail and Customer Service Activities
• Lead and Develop Team
• Systems and Processes
• Merchandising and Displays
• Office Management
• Forecasting and Budgeting
• Problem Solving

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years in retail in a management/supervisory capacity.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
