What You’ll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will support the seamless execution of our omnichannel marketing plans, ensuring our brand vision comes to life across retail, digital, social, and media channels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Marketing Planning & Execution: Assist in coordinating and activating brand plans across multiple consumer touchpoints.
• Insight into Action: Translate insights into actionable objectives and collaborate with agency partners on campaign responses.
• Media Activation: Support the activation of media plans and monitor performance to achieve brand equity goals.
• Social Media Engagement: Lead planning and briefing of engaging content across various formats and assist with community management.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside creative teams and internal stakeholders to support integrated activation efforts.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results and provide insights for timely optimisations.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with:

• Experience in 360 marketing campaign activations with direct experience in paid media.
• A focus on execution and attention to detail in multi-channel campaign delivery.
• A willingness to learn and adapt, translating strategy into effective activation plans.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, bringing your own vision and ideas to the table.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• An analytical mindset to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable feedback.
