
Artwork Technical Manager
Tesco Ireland are currently seeking to appoint an Artwork Technical Manager to join the Trading Law and Technical team within the Commercial function on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end artwork approval process, ensuring all packaging and labelling meets agreed specifications, Tesco policy, and legal requirements. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant artwork in line with critical timelines.

- Ensuring all product artwork meets Tesco policy and regulatory requirements
- Managing the artwork approval process from concept through to final sign-off
- Generating accurate labelling copy using internal systems in collaboration with suppliers
- Reviewing and approving packaging against agreed specifications and mandatory labelling requirements
- Supporting technical handovers with suppliers for new and existing product development (NPD/EPD)
- Leading artwork sign-off with technical managers and suppliers
- Project managing artwork workflows, including critical path management to ensure deadlines are met
- Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Technical, Regulatory, Marketing and NPD teams
- Supporting the development of data-enabled solutions such as QR code capabilities with suppliers
- Using internal IT systems to manage artwork processes effectively
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Proven technical experience, ideally within a food or FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of food labelling and regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good IT and systems capability
- A relevant third-level qualification
