A rare opportunity has come up with a much-loved British womenswear brand known for its playful spirit, in-house signature prints, and effortless, accessible everyday glamour. This is a brand that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but absolutely takes product, style, and customer experience seriously. It’s fashion that feels easy, confident, and wearable — designed for real life, with a distinctly British point of view.

We’re now looking for an Area Concession Manager, on a 32 hour contract, to take ownership of a network of 12+ concessions across Glasgow & the West of Scotland. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you’ll be out on the road, driving performance, standards, and brand consistency across multiple locations in leading high street partner stores.

This role is all about commercial impact and presence. You’ll be responsible for making sure every concession is trading at its best — from stock availability and replenishment, through to visual merchandising execution that brings the brand to life in a way that feels elevated, consistent, and commercially strong. You’ll be the key link between head office and the shop floor, ensuring that product stories, promotions, and bestsellers are delivered effectively and with intent.

Although there are no direct reports, this is very much a leadership role in influence. You’ll be building strong, credible relationships with host store teams and managers, ensuring each concession feels supported, aligned, and easy to do business with. Presence matters here — you need to be someone who can walk into a store and immediately add value.

Day to day, you’ll manage your own schedule across the region, balancing stock management, visual merchandising, commercial reporting, and store visits. It’s a role for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment where priorities can shift quickly.

We’re looking for someone with solid retail management or supervisory experience, ideally already working within womenswear or fashion, who is ready to step up into a more regional, multi-site role. Strong commercial awareness, a natural eye for product and visual merchandising, and the ability to build effective relationships are essential. A full UK driving licence is required, as this is a travel-heavy role across the region.

The role is 32 hours per week over four days (Tuesday to Friday), with a salary starting at £30,000 FTE (pro rata), with flexibility depending on experience. A company car may be provided, or mileage will be expensed if using your own vehicle.

If you’re someone who thrives in hands-on retail, understands how to translate brand into space, and is ready for a step up into a more autonomous, commercially driven role, this is an exciting next move with a brand that blends personality with strong retail performance.
