We’re hiring an Account Manager for Tesco’s in‑house Creative Studio, based at Welwyn Garden City (Head Office). You’ll partner closely with the Marketing Campaign team, shaping campaign scope and translating marketing plans into clear, deliverable work. You’ll also work day-to-day with our team in Bengaluru, coordinating handovers, approvals and delivery flow to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
This role plays a key part in defining a clear and scalable scope of work across campaigns, enabling consistent, efficient delivery across digital, print, social and AV channels.

- Partner with Marketing to define campaign scope, including deliverables, timelines, budgets and dependencies.
- Translate campaign plans into clear, structured briefs for creative and production teams.
- Establish and maintain a consistent scope of work and briefing standards across campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end delivery in Adobe Workfront, from intake through to approvals and closure.
- Coordinate with TBS, Bengaluru to manage handoffs, progress and approvals.
- Align resourcing and priorities with Operations and Traffic based on campaign demand.
- Run key meetings (kick-offs, reviews, feedback), ensuring clear outcomes and actions.
- Monitor delivery, manage risks and control changes to scope, timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate data and report on delivery performance and campaign readiness.
- Drive improvements to campaign processes, scoping and ways of working.
You will need
- 5+ years’ experience in account management, campaign delivery or creative operations.
- Strong experience working with marketing or campaign teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to define scope, shape briefs and translate marketing plans into delivery.
- Good understanding of multi-channel campaign production (digital, social, AV, print).
- Experience using Adobe Workfront (or similar) for planning and delivery management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence to challenge and influence.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in briefing, scoping and delivery planning.
