How to do a good SWOT

"On the run up to your interview, your future perspective employer will probably ask you to do a SWOT analysis, even if they don’t, it’s always good to do one anyway. Ensure you analyse the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the store that you are interviewing for, looking at three key things; the visual merchandising, the customer service and the overall atmosphere. Most employers will go straight to the opportunities section. Ensure that every weakness that you notice, you back it up with an opportunity. A great way to sell yourself and show them what you are going to do if you get the role."
