Iceland jobs by role

Home Delivery Driver jobs: deliver shopping to customers’ doors on shifts between 6am and 11pm. You’ll need a full driving licence held for at least three years, with no more than six points.

Retail Assistant jobs: serve customers and keep the store looking its best, with part-time hours and a variety of shift patterns.

Online Picker jobs: pick and pack customers’ online orders, on early shifts that start between 1am and 6am.

Duty Manager jobs: work as a Retail Assistant and earn a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts. A good first step into management.

Store Manager jobs: take full accountability for running your own store and leading its team.
