Iceland & The Food Warehouse

Iceland & The Food Warehouse is a UK food retailer, trading through Iceland stores, The Food Warehouse stores and an online home delivery service. Iceland describes itself as a fair and ethical retailer with a “feels like family” culture, and was named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026.

In store, Retail Assistants look after customers and keep the shop floor to a high standard, with part-time hours and a variety of shift patterns. Online Pickers pick and pack customers’ online orders, on shifts that start between 1am and 6am. Duty Managers work as Retail Assistants and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time they manage shifts, while Shift Managers, Deputy Managers and Store Managers lead the store team.

On the road, Home Delivery Drivers deliver shopping to customers’ doors as the face of Iceland, on shifts between 6am and 11pm. You’ll need a full driving licence, held for at least three years, with no more than six points.
