We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a premium menswear fashion retailer on a 6-month fixed term contract at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy outlet store for a brand recognised for its famous, great quality British heritage and strong reputation in menswear fashion retail.

📍 Location:
McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands

💰 Salary:
£30,000 – £35,000 per annum

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the store team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
Deliver an outstanding premium customer experience
Oversee daily operations including stock control, compliance and shrinkage reduction
Maintain strong visual merchandising standards aligned to brand guidelines
Analyse store performance and act on commercial opportunities
Manage labour costs and support efficient workforce planning
Act as a key link between store operations and wider retail leadership
