If you are looking to join our team of over 3000 employees across our 350 UK stores, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Stranraer .

Stranraer is a coastal town in southwest Scotland, located on the shores of Loch Ryan in Dumfries and Galloway. The store is located on George Street within the main town centre retail area, positioned among a mix of national and independent retailers and close to key everyday amenities. This central location benefits from consistent local footfall and proximity to other established high street businesses. With a defined town centre, surrounding residential neighbourhoods, and an active harbour area, the store serves both the local community and customers from nearby towns and rural villages, supporting steady trade throughout the year.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivating a performance-driven culture.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
