Our store is located in the heart of Canvey Island, right within the busy town centre. With its strong sense of community and welcoming atmosphere, Canvey provides the perfect setting for our Peacocks store, which is a popular choice for both locals and visitors. Serving as a go-to spot for fashion lovers, the store offers a lively and supportive work environment. As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivating a performance-driven culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
• Maximise Profitability: Implement effective sales strategies and promotions to enhance store performance.

• Team Development: Manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities to support career progression.
