As a Hospitality Waiter or Wine Waiter, you'll play a vital role in delivering a first-class guest experience by:

- ⭐ Creating memorable experiences through attentive, professional, and friendly service
- 🎯 Anticipating guest needs and responding efficiently and confidently
- 🤝 Working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service throughout events

- ✨ Ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival through to departure
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in hospitality service or wine waiting
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Comfortable working with and around alcohol
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in busy, high-profile environments
- Strong teamwork skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service
