Retail Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead a prestigious accessories retailer across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of the brand, overseeing retail, wholesale, marketing, PR, and customer care operations. This leadership role will play a critical part in driving brand growth, profitability, and market presence while ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and corporate standards.

The Brand Manager will lead all day-to-day brand activities, taking ownership of budget management, P&L performance, annual business planning, sales growth, and distribution strategy. Working closely with retail partners and internal stakeholders, they will develop and execute sales, marketing, and communication plans that strengthen brand awareness and maximise commercial opportunities. The role will also involve identifying new distribution channels, managing inventory and purchasing processes, delivering management reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and international procedures.

A key aspect of this position is leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Partnering closely with HR, Finance, Logistics, Legal, IT, and Head Office teams, they will ensure seamless communication, effective operational delivery, and the implementation of strategies that support both business objectives and exceptional customer experiences. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer care teams achieve service excellence and meet established KPIs.

The ideal candidate will bring proven sales management experience across both retail and wholesale environments, ideally within the luxury watch, jewellery, or premium retail sector. You will possess strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills, combined with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential, along with a solid understanding of financial management and business performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while experience with SAP, CBR, and Power BI would be advantageous.
