W are looking for generalist HR Advisor to join a successful and growing owner-led retail business where people are at the heart of everything they do. With a collaborative culture, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing, this is an opportunity to make a real impact within a close-knit team where ideas are valued, initiative is encouraged, and every voice matters.

As HR Advisor, you’ll act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees across retail, warehouse and head office functions. You'll provide practical HR support across the employee lifecycle, manage HR administration and systems, support payroll processes, advise on employee relations matters, assist with recruitment activities, and contribute to HR projects, policy development and people-focused initiatives. You'll also help turn people data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.

The successful candidate will have previous HR experience within a retail or fast-paced operational environment, with a strong understanding of employee relations and HR best practice. You’ll be an organised, proactive and approachable professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience using HR systems, confidence working with data and reporting, and the ability to balance commercial realities with people-focused solutions are essential. CIPD qualification is desirable, although practical HR experience is equally valued.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment where your contribution is recognised and valued. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in shaping the employee experience. Competitive salary and benefits package available, alongside opportunities for personal development and career growth.
