Assistant Store Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a well-loved retailer in a busy store! Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, supporting the day-to-day running of the store, and creating a positive environment where both customers and the team can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the -store team to achieve sales targets
-Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high store presentation standards
-Assist with stock management, merchandising, and product displays
-Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve store performance
-Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and operational standards
-Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
About You
-Previous experience in a retail supervisory, senior sales, or Assistant Manager role
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
-Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
-A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
