Retail Supervisor - Temporary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a prestigious visitor attraction and retail destination in Central London on a temporary, ad-hoc basis over the summer.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy retail environment, supporting the day-to-day running of the store while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management team with the day-to-day operation of the store
- Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Assisting with stock management, replenishment and merchandising
- Helping to achieve store targets and maintain high visual standards
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Retail Supervisor or Team Leader position
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
- Flexibility and availability to start at short notice
