Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day to day running of the business. You'll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and our guests!
What You'll Do
- Lead shifts with confidence and ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Provide coaching, support, and direction to team members
- Deliver warm, friendly, and respectful service to every guest
- Foster a strong team culture
Requirements
- 1+ years of previous experience leading a team in a quick-service restaurant or fast-food environment
- Knowledge of food safety
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong leadership & communication skills!
