Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and store presentation
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and operational standards

• Proven experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
