A leading national lifestyle retailer is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to take full ownership of one of its key high-performing stores.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of circa 10 staff, driving both sales performance and exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve and exceed targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain premium brand standards
• Drive commercial performance through effective KPI management
• Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including stock, VM, and compliance
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to support future growth
About You
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results
• Passionate about people development and team engagement
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Experience within fashion, lifestyle, or customer-led retail environments preferred
