Luxury Concession Manager
We're looking for an experienced Concession Manager to lead a luxury retail concession in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven manager who thrives in a luxury environment, loves building high-performing teams, and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience while exceeding sales targets.
What You'll Do
Lead, inspire, and develop a talented retail team.
Drive sales performance and exceed commercial targets.
Deliver outstanding luxury customer experiences.
Build strong relationships with host store partners.
Ensure exceptional operational, stock, and visual merchandising standards.
Champion CRM, clienteling, and customer loyalty initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' retail management experience.
Luxury, premium, or high-end retail background preferred.
Proven track record of driving sales and team performance.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Passion for delivering world-class customer service.
Additional language skills are a bonus.
