This leading fashion footwear retailer is renowned for offering the latest collections from premium and global brands, combining style, creativity and innovation to deliver an outstanding omnichannel shopping experience. With a fast-paced and collaborative culture, the business is committed to providing customers with an engaging online journey while investing in the growth and development of its people.

As an ecommerce trading & content coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the ecommerce website. Responsibilities include managing homepage updates, landing pages, banners and navigation, coordinating onsite content and promotional campaigns, executing visual merchandising strategies, supporting SEO initiatives and seasonal launches, monitoring trading performance, analysing customer behaviour, producing competitor analysis, and working closely with Buying, merchandising, marketing and creative teams to maximise sales and enhance the online customer experience.

The successful candidate will have previous ecommerce experience, ideally within fashion or retail, with a strong understanding of online trading, visual merchandising and customer journeys. You will be highly organised, commercially minded and analytical, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential, while experience with ecommerce analytics tools and a passion for fashion, retail trends and data-driven decision making will help you succeed in this role.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive ecommerce team where you can influence trading performance, contribute creative ideas and develop your career within a well-established fashion retailer.
