Stock & Logistics Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced logistics professional to take ownership of stock management, warehouse operations, inventory control, and team leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

The role

As Stock & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and availability of stock across the business. You'll lead a high-performing team, optimise operational processes, and ensure our stores are fully equipped to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Stock & Logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, replenishment, and stock loss prevention.
• Oversee all warehouse and back-of-house operations, including goods receipt, storage, and distribution.
• Ensure products are delivered to stores accurately and on time.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, security, and company policies.
• Work closely with retail teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to improve service and efficiency.
• Manage labour planning and resources to support peak trading periods.

• Proven experience in stock management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Previous experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using inventory management and warehouse systems.
• A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to delivering results.
• Retail, FMCG, airport, distribution, or travel retail experience is advantageous.
