About The Role

Would you like to join us at Poundland this festive period as a Seasonal Sales Assistant? Help make this year's most magical shopping season even brighter for our customers.
As one of Poundland's Elves on the shop floor, you’ll be a festive ambassador for our brand, creating a friendly, welcoming, and merry shopping experience every day.

If you'd like to join a friendly, active team, you'll keep shelves stocked with essential items, deliver fantastic customer service, handle deliveries, ensure the checkouts run smoothly, and help maintain a safe, tidy, and cheery store environment.

We're looking for team players with a positive, can-do attitude and a friendly approach. Good organisation and attention to detail, mainly when working on the tills, are essential. Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. We’ll provide all the training you need to help you shine, because every team member plays an important part in making this the most wonderful time of the year a success. This role starts soon and runs until the end of December, and we may require you to work different shifts based on store needs; flexibility is key.
