You will be responsible for

Join our Global Process Experience (GPX) team and take part in shaping how we drive positive change and efficiency across Tesco Business Solutions. You'll support transformation activities that make our processes smarter, our teams more engaged, and our impact greater across functions.

What you'll be doing:


As a GPX intern, you'll get involved in a variety of project and event-based tasks that give you a broad view of how internal change is driven in a large organization. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the preparation and logistics of Continuous Improvement (CI) workshops (e.g. materials, tasks, invites, coordination) and creating workshop outputs such as summary presentations and next steps
  • Helping the team prepare for and deliver CI engagement events across departments
  • Creating communication materials for internal events, town halls, and campaigns (you'll receive support on content and direction)
  • Assisting with the maintenance of GPX dashboard and updates of the GPX KPIs

You'll work closely with the GPX Business Partner, Senior Consultants and Consultants, gaining first-hand experience in project coordination, internal communication, and stakeholder engagement.

What we're looking for:

  • Ongoing University studies
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours/week
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in using PowerPoint, Excel and a willingness to learn new tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Power Automate, and Tableau is a plus
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude
  • Creativity and openness to communication and visual work
  • Fluency in English and strong written communication skills
