World Duty Free is seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Leader to lead our dynamic store team and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for international travellers.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and motivating a high-performing retail team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Creating an engaging and customer-focused shopping experience.
• Managing daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and compliance.
• Monitoring commercial performance and implementing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Analysing sales reports and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant working environment.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
