Back of House Manager – Restaurant Associates
Restaurant Associates is looking for an organised and proactive Back of House Manager to oversee the smooth running of our kitchen support operations. You'll lead the back-of-house team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, stock control, food safety, and operational efficiency while supporting the delivery of exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the back-of-house team.
- Manage goods-in, stock storage, and inventory control.
- Ensure excellent cleaning, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Oversee waste management and equipment maintenance.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house teams with daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP procedures.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in a busy hospitality or catering environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- The ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
