Diversity matters
We are building a brand that represents humanity. Actions speak louder than words, and so we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future. We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!
Who we are
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than a cosmetics revolution. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good. We put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts.
The role
As an Assistant Manager (internally known as Trainee Manager), you will act as a co-pilot to the Store Manager, assisting in ensuring the delivery of world famous 6 star customer service, for all who visit our stores. This newly created position in Adelaide is perfect for an experienced, ambitious leader eager to learn and grow in a business that focuses on life long learning. This role is best suited to someone looking to stay with the business and take on new roles and challenges. You will work collaboratively with the Store Manager to cultivate a high-performing customer focused team that shares a passion for our world class products and playful interactions that surprise and delight. You will be leading a positive team culture where each conversation goes far beyond a simple transaction.
Beyond the shop floor, your role involves supporting the Store Manager in building connections within the local community, with other businesses, and with local charities. Your commitment to consistent shop floor presence and leading by example will directly contribute to the overall growth of the business, and we are here to support you to reach this goal.
Building on your existing management expertise, you will work alongside the Store Manager to bring meaningful behaviours that improve KPI’s, support recruitment and the successful development of our team members.
Our business is handmade and our people are at the heart of everything we do. Our growth model feedback culture highly values your hard earned leadership experience and out of the box thinking. We encourage innovation and new ideas that lead to measurable outcomes. We will support you to achieve the ultimate customer and staff experience, leading training and development along the employee journey. We want our business to grow and you can feel empowered to grow alongside us for years to come.
