This covers all our roles within our in store and support centre restaurants. A key part of our Redesigned strategy is to become a Destination for our shoppers by enhancing our in store experience, and our vision for our food offering is integral to this. We have developed our own bought food concept Loaf and Bloom and are working closely with new and exciting concessions. Our Restaurant roles are for our own, in house Debenhams restaurants and we look for candidates who can deliver the very best in customer service, hygiene and food preparation.

Retail Management Roles
This covers a range of positions based in our retail stores across the country and requires inspirational leaders and an entrepreneurial spirit to run a Debenhams store as if it was your own. We look for candidates who are able to set the bar high and can take on the responsibility of the team, the look feel and commercial success of the store; creativity to inspire customers and colleagues alike is important for these roles. We offer all the support and development you will need for you and your store to hit key achievements.
Retail Management roles cover Store Managers, Visual/Product Managers, Warehouse/Stock Movement Manager, Sales/Service Managers, Selling Support Managers and Loss Prevention.
Support Centre Roles
Our Support Centres are the hubs of all head office activity, and we are lucky enough to have two! Our Central London office is in Regents Place and has been custom built and breathtakingly designed. Every detail makes it the perfect place for our people to express their individuality and progress their careers. Our Taunton office play a crucial role in our global operation, based near the countryside and coast.
Support Centre Roles cover Buying, Merchandising, Design, Distribution, Digital, Finance, IS, Supply Chain, Marketing, Logistics, HR, Legal, Sales Operations, Food, Property and Space Planning.
