Wholesale Customer Service Assistant
A new temporary opportunity has just arisen with an accessories retailer that is going from strength to strength. They are looking for a customer service assistant to join them on an ongoing basis while they recruit for the role permanently. This role is looking after both B2B and B2C customer service as well as order management.
As a temp, you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to work within a creative and fast-paced retail head office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders
- Scheduling orders for delivery
- Preparing relevant export documentation
- Preparing invoices for wholesale customers
- Handling B2B and B2C customer enquiries
The successful candidate will have prior experience in either B2B or B2C customer service and have strong administration skills. You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to pick up systems.
