Location: Islington-based with regular travel to restaurants across the UK
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 p.a. (depending on experience) + 20% Bonus + Perks

As our Tourism & Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll lead our group sales strategy across the travel, hospitality, and corporate sectors. Your mission: to position Prezzo Italian as the go-to dining destination for tour groups, hotel guests, and business events.
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and hotel groups
Develop corporate relationships to drive repeat bookings and long-term revenue
Identify and convert group sales opportunities across the UK
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to deliver seamless, brand-aligned experiences
Represent Prezzo Italian at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
Track performance, analyse ROI, and refine strategy to meet ambitious targets

Proven success in B2B sales, tourism, or hospitality partnerships
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
Excellent communication and presentation skills
