Temporary HR Advisor
This leading fashion brand is seeking a temporary HR advisor on a temporary basis to work within Head Office supporting the current HR team that are going through a restructure.
The role is to provide general HR support to the business - including all departments. The adviser will be involved in employee relations, retention, performance management and succession planning etc. They will also be working along side the recruitment teams on various projects.
It is essential for this role that suitable applicants have a good working knowledge of all aspects of HR, including, employment law, recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, implementing policies and procedures. Applicants also need to have the CIPD level five qualification or be currently studying to gain the qualification. A long with this you should be a strong communicator and have the ability to be empathetic and influence.
