Luxury Retail Store Trainer
We are looking for an in store trainer to join the flagship boutique of one of the most iconic brand in the luxury industry, famous for its timeless style in both ready to wear and leather goods collections.
They are looking for a trainer who will be responsible for delivering all the training projects to the store, as well as coaching the staff on sales techniques and product storytelling. The role will be accountable for influencing business results through effective delivery of training, onboarding and coaching. The successful candidate will be based in their flagship boutique, reporting into the business training manager in head office.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven background in training with a strong ability to identify the business needs and adapt your projects to them. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire for self development.

The role pays up to £45,000 plus a 10% annual bonus and a generous benefits package, including store discount, health insurance, pension scheme and life insurance.
