Sous Chef - Leicester
In search for a Kitchen Manger to join our lively venue in Leicester area.
As the company is in constant development and due to internal progression, this opportunity arisen.
As our Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Being in charge in Head Chef's absence
- Providing training and support to junior team members
- Conducting stock takes and weekly reports
The ideal candidate will have to:
- Have previous experience in a similar position or senior Sous Chef position
- Have a good knowledge in stock takes and weekly reports
- Be a hands on leader and have good interpersonal skills
- Have experience in restaurant, bar or hotel environment
In return you will entitled to:
- Salary of up to £30,000 per annum
- Up to £4,000 bonus paid out quarterly
