Senior HR Business Partner
One of the most highly regarded, super-luxury retailers is looking for a senior HR professional to join its established HR team in London. This global powerhouse now have over 500 stores worldwide and boast a brand reputation that is second to none. Part of a wider group they are a multi-billion pound business and have performed well despite the current uncertainty in the market over the past 18 months.
They are looking for a generalist HR professional who has experience in driving a cultural change programme across the UK and Europe. The company has a number of excting projects across the people agenda and this person will spearhead these working with heads of department across all functions within the business. You’ll be working across both retail and corporate areas and will lead a team of three across the HR function, reporting directly into the head of HR.
Having gained a wealth of generalist experience you’ll be an expert in partnering with senior leadership and director level stakeholders. You’ll understand how your decisions will impact on others and have a flexible mind-set making you an expert at delivering change. The company is doing a lot of work on its diversity and inclusion agenda and this role will be about providing the business with the platform to achieve the innovative plans they have in place.
A position like this does not come around very often and this newly created role will be sure to attract a lot of interest. In return the company are offering a basic salary of up to £80,000 with a performance related bonus of up to 10% of salary. They are operating a hybrid working model of three days in the office, two days from home and there will be a degree of international travel across Europe.
