Retail Shop Manager - Worthing Area

37.5 hours (5 days out of 7, Monday-Sunday, inc Bank Holidays)

Starting Salary: £19,450 p.a. (Reviewed after probation period)

St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care, day hospice and community care.

We are delighted to be opening a brand-new St Barnabas Hospice shop in the Worthing Area. This is an exciting opportunity to help set up and launch our newest shop acquisition.

Are you a highly organised, sales focused manager who loves to recruit and lead their new team to success? If so we are looking for a manager with proven sales results and who is passionate about customer service and the work of our charity.
