Starbucks has an exciting, newly-created opportunity within its Retail Leadership Team for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The Retail Director EMEA will be accountable for achieving results for the countries, associated business partners and channel licensees, through robust business partner relationship management, influencing, negotiation and communication.
As Retail Director, you would be working directly with key business partners within your specific markets to drive operational excellence and strategic brand growth. You will be a key leader and brand steward, enabling the team and region to become a world class licencor, modelling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
The successful candidate would need to reside in the UK; however, this would be a field-based role with significant travel to specific markets within EMEA. The role would offer a competitive package for candidates operating at this level and fantastic Starbucks benefits.
Starbucks is looking to speak with senior candidates who have progressive experience in a high volume environment with full profit and loss accountability. Given the region this role would cover, ideal candidates will have experience working across an international remit. As Retail Director you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional business acumen in order to work closely with the broader retail team to drive business performance. You will be responsible for creating and building key relationships with executives and stakeholders - networking and influencing skills are vital. You will also drive results from the people you work with, building future talent leaders and allowing them to deliver exceptional results.
As Starbucks continues to grow across EMEA, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that continues to innovate and to join a team at the forefront of change.
