We are looking for a restaurant manager for a globally renowned restaurant, to lead their venue in Edinburgh. This company is growing rapidly and they are building new sites and acquiring franchises, so this is a really good time for someone who wants to build a solid career in the hospitality industry.
The role will be responsible for delivering sales and reaching business goals. You will be involved in all areas of the restaurant, making sure the team deliver an impeccable customer service, as well as making sure that high standards are always maintained across the restaurant, following the given guidelines. You will act like a role model for your team, maintaining a positive atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment, prioritising tasks. Excellent operational skills are required to be able to meet company standards and making sure these are kept by the staff. You will lead by example and offer the best possible experience to customers.
