Overview
Reporting to the Production Manager, Mountain Warehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join our fantastic creative photography team. Responsible for helping with planning, logistics, bookings and asset handling for photography projects from Lifestyle shoots to Still life product imagery. This is a great opportunity for a versatile and highly organised person, who has interest in photography production and enjoys a variety of challenges every day, to develop their skills in a multitude of tasks and situations in an exciting, hands on team.


What you'll be doing

Researching and booking locations, hotels and transport for crew and models.
Helping communications between agents, licensing councils and landowners.
Building shot lists for shoots in collaboration with the Studio Product Coordinator, Buying, Marketing and Promotional teams.
Ensure all props, equipment and digital assets are collated and available for the shoot.
Create timings and costings for shoots and use them to make detailed Call sheets.
Helping handle assets returned from shoots, including but not limited to edit notes, and file management.
Building creative mood boards and look books for shoots allowing photographers and models to reference ideas.
Not a photography Job. Individual will not be taking photographs and may not be working on location/sets.

Highly organised person, with clear attention to detail and a drive to see projects from conception through to completion.
A pro-active person, keen to roll up their sleeves and make big difference as part of our fantastic team.
Thrives in a busy environment and able to adapt to last minute requirements.
Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and able to prioritise workload accordingly.
Fast learner, who is keen to learn new skills.
Numerate and well versed in Excel.
Experience of Mac and PC systems, Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom software – desirable.
Interest in production and the process of creating exciting imagery for a worldwide company.
Ideal candidate will have a clean driving license, but not essential.
