Operations Manager - Nights

A leading accessories retailer is looking to recruit an operations manager to help support the management team with the replenishment and operations of the store. The retailer are known for their high quality products, customer service & internal development.

The role of the operations manager will be supporting the management team focusing on replenishment, training and standards. The role will suit someone who is passionate about coaching and development.

Coming from a retail management background, the ideal candidate will be someone who has experience leading a team & keen to develop.

The role is paying up to £35,000 for the right candidate. There is a 15% night allowance ,12% performance related annual bonus and benefits package included. The retailer are passionate about people development and will offer opportunities to progress into different functions of the business.
