Merchandise Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an merchandise / office manager in Vietnam, with a successful sourcing company. This role will see you set and review business targets for the region/office to achieve business goals.

The role:
• Responsible for all office operations, as well as staff in Vietnam
• Review and update working practices
• Develop and review staff performance across technical, merchandising and quality
• Manage departmental sales reports
• Bridge communication between staff and management
• Look at new suppliers and business growth

The candidate:
• Previous managerial experience across footwear and apparel
• Strong commercial acumen
• Good technical knowledge on footwear construction
• Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
