A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced merchandising admin assistant (MAA) to join a fast-paced global name on a fixed-term contract. The Role
- As an MAA, you will play a key role in supporting three assistant merchandisers across accessories departments.
- Responsible for supporting daily and weekly trading activity
- Managing allocation, stock tracking and intake
- Producing reports, analysis, and updates for key stakeholders
- Maintaining product and system data with accuracy
- Supporting cross-functional teams to deliver seasonal launches
This is a brilliant chance to broaden your category exposure and work closely with multiple departments. We are looking to speak with candidates that are already holding a MAA title with some merchandising experience. We’re open on background, but you must have MAA/Merchandising Admin experience within a retail head office.
Ideal youwill bring strong numerical ability and Excel skills, great organisation and attention to detail, confidence working with large data sets and a proactive, collaborative working style.
The salary is up to £35,000 for the basic. This is a fixed term contract until 1 May 2026 (potential for extension depending on team movements). Immediate starters preferred.
